Welcome to LINKI.site, a service provided by Umka Software. By accessing or using LINKI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LINKI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows registered users to create and manage their own pages with a list of links. We offer both free and paid subscription plans (Personal and Business), with payments processed through Stripe. LINKI uses Google Firebase for user authentication and Google Cloud Platform for data storage and hosting.

3. Account Registration

To access and use LINKI, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Personal and Business Subscriptions: LINKI offers different subscription plans tailored to individual and business needs.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Umka Software. to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to LINKI's paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use LINKI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are responsible for any content you create, share, or store on LINKI and must ensure that such content does not violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties.

You agree NOT to:

• Use LINKI for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of LINKI or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials used or provided through LINKI, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of Umka Software. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from LINKI without our prior written permission.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to LINKI at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umka Software. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use LINKI; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from LINKI.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of LINKI shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page: https://linki.site/legal/terms/

Your continued use of LINKI after the effective date of the revised Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
